It continues to blow my mind that so many people consider singing one of the scariest things they could ever do!!!
Many of these people have a memory of a pivotal moment or experience in their life where they were feeling free in their voice and they got shut down by an adult or a peer. Ouch.
That can lead to years of silencing oneself and not allowing yourself to be truly heard in your singing or speaking voice.
Your story will not end there. Your voice is your birthright and singing is the most natural thing for the voice to do, I promise.
